Per capita health care costs in U.S. are twice that of other developed nations. So current costs here can be reduced. The best way to provide quality health and well care to all is to reduce its cost.
Train more physicians and healthcare professionals. This will reduce costs an make care more accessible by increasing the supply of the providers .
Keep rural hospitals and urgent care facilities open.
Ensure that Medicare and Obamacare remain financially stable. Reducing health care costs will make this happen.
Enact public health insurance/system options for all Americans. Such options will provide additional supply of care which in turn will reduce costs.
Provide adequate Medicaid funding for the neediest members of our community. Tax reform is a big part of this.

Change the revenue tax structure and close the enormous loop holes that allow the affluent to pay essentially no taxes.
Increase the tax burden on corporations and on the affluent who have benefited from a tax structure that has generated huge wealth disparities in America:
- The richest 1% Americans hold 32% of the total American wealth.
- The richest 10% Americans hold 68% of the total American wealth.
- The bottom 50% of Americans combined hold a mere 2.5% of the total American wealth
Repeal the Trump administration's 2025 Big Ugly Tax Bill.
Align federal spending choices and tax burdens with the needs of average Americans
